As part of a 25-year concession, we are working in partnership with Coventry City Council on their Street Lighting PFI contract.
During our five-year capital investment period and ongoing maintenance of all existing and new equipment, we’re delivering the design, installation and maintenance of 33,000 streetlights and 6,000 signs and bollards.
The lighting design includes Phillips Cosmo white lights, solar powered bollards and a CMS control system across the city. As part of the installation, dimming lamps were included for after midnight hours, reducing energy use by 40%.
